3. Project Scope and Changes
The project scope, timeline, and budget will be outlined in detail prior to the commencement of work. Any changes to the project scope, including materials, design, or additional services, will be documented in writing and may result in additional costs or adjustments to the timeline.
4. Payments and Invoicing
- Deposits: We typically require an upfront deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in the project contract.
- Invoices: Invoices will be issued at key milestones or upon project completion, and payment is due according to the terms outlined in the contract.
- Late Payments: Any unpaid invoices beyond the agreed-upon payment period may incur interest at a rate of [X]% per month until paid in full.

All projects will be completed in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
MAMOOT Construction Company provides warranties on our workmanship as outlined in the specific project contract. If any issues arise related to our work within the warranty period, we will work to resolve the matter at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms of the warranty.
However, MAMOOT Construction Company does not provide warranties on materials or products unless specifically provided by the manufacturer.

Any intellectual property created during the course of the project, such as designs, plans, blueprints, or proprietary construction methods, remains the property of MAMOOT Construction Company unless otherwise agreed upon. The client may not use these intellectual properties for other projects without prior written consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration or litigation, in accordance with local laws.
12. Force Majeure
MAMOOT Construction Company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14. Governing Law
